INBAL is located on the third floor of the M2 building in downtown Champaign, at the corner of Neil and Church streets. You may access the building from the Hill Street Parking Garage or from the Neil Street entrance.
Hill Street Parking Deck
Enter M2 through the door located in the southeast corner on the second level of the garage, go through both doors and follow the hallway to the open area in front of the elevators. Take the elevators to the third floor. Follow the hallway to the right to the INBAL entrance, located on the right side of the hallway (2nd door on the right hand side).
M2 Neil Street Main Entrance
Enter the glass doors and take the elevator to the third floor. Take the hallway on the right and follow the hallway to the INBAL entrance, located on the right side of the hallway (2nd door on the right hand side).
