Training the next generation
INBAL provides unique opportunities for new curriculum in assessment and measurement for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students studying psychology, psychiatry/medicine, statistics, educational psychology, education, human development and family studies, and social work.
Coursework organized with INBAL is expected to serve the existing professional master’s programs at the University of Illinois in psychology, education, labor and employment relations, business and social work.
Currently, INBAL is a training site for the Department of Psychology and the Department of Psychiatry, offering an advanced practicum placement in psychoeducational testing for graduate students, and lectures for medical students completing their clerkships in psychiatry. INBAL also offers psychology opportunities for advanced graduate students to gain additional experience in comprehensive psychological testing serving the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and student athletes.
