We are excited to offer our clients a wide range of state-of-the-art assessment services beyond what is typically offered through traditional health care systems. One way we are able to stay on the cutting-edge of assessment is by working independently of managed health care, which increasingly restricts approvals and authorizations for assessment and testing. Therefore, we will not accept payment directly from insurance carriers.
We are able to accept payment directly from Flexible Spending Accounts for clients who have a Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express card for those accounts.
University of Illinois students with Student Insurance Plans: Student insurance reimburses behavioral health services, including psychological testing, at the same rate for in-network and out-of-network providers (80% of usual and customary charges after a $250 deductible). Students will pay out-of-pocket for services at the time of appointment, but they will be provided with appropriate paperwork to submit for reimbursement.
